Refunds?

One-on-one sessions are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled online up to 4 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling within the 4 hours window before your scheduled appointment may result in a $10 fee. You will receive 100% of my attention during the appointment time, please know this time has been set aside for you and I personally and both of our time is precious. If you need to join late or leave early, I understand.
